Cardio is a cardiovascular exercise that you do to help your heart and your health to live a healthy life style. A cardiovascular health is the heart and blood vessels. It's important that you do exercise for at least 10-15 minutes so when you exercise your doing something good to your heart. Another thing why it's important to work on your heart is because if you don't then your heart will be fat and you will get a stroke, heart attack, and heart disease and if you don't take care of your heart then you could die so it's really important to do cardio.

I have a goal for me and my mom to exercise at least 30 minutes everyday as possible cause when vacation comes I'm excited for the first week cause no school but then I get bored at home so my goal is to exercise everyday and if we do that then I can lose weight. I'm glad i'll do that cause it's good and with healthier eating choices I can live health. So people do cardio because it's good for you and live a health life. Their is no excuse to do cardio.
